DCS Public Adjusters Claim Notifications, operated by Dependable Claims Specialists, LLC ("DCS," "we," "us").

Program Description

This SMS program delivers transactional messages to policyholders who have engaged DCS to represent their property insurance claim. Messages include claim status updates, property inspection appointment reminders, document signature requests, and two-way client support between licensed public adjusters and their clients. This program does not send marketing or promotional content.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from DCS in any of the following ways:

  • Checking the SMS consent box on our claim intake form at dcspia.com.
  • Checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at dcspia.com.
  • Signing a written Letter of Representation (contract) containing an explicit SMS communication authorization clause.
  • Texting START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to any DCS phone number you have previously received a message from.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from DCS.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the status and activity of your insurance claim. You may receive anywhere from a few messages per month to several messages per week during active phases of your claim (e.g., inspection scheduling, document signature requests, carrier response updates).

Message & Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages according to the terms of your mobile plan. DCS does not charge a fee for messages sent through this program.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the DCS number you have been messaging. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START at any time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Additional opt-out keywords we honor: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

Supported Carriers

This program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including (but not limited to) AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others.

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
