A licensed public adjuster speaks with you about the loss, the policy, and the carrier's position to date. Dependable Claims Specialists LLC holds Texas Firm License #3134924 and Florida Firm License #W820363; individual adjusters are licensed in the states where they handle claims (Joshua Osteen: TX #2237777 / FL #W045717). If you choose to engage us, we send a written Public Adjuster Service Agreement for electronic signature. The agreement complies with Texas Insurance Code Chapter 4102 and Florida Statute §626.854. Florida grants a written right of cancellation under §626.854(7) - 10 days after the contract is signed, or longer for contracts tied to a declared state of emergency. Nothing is signed during the initial consultation.
Once engaged, we file a written notice of representation with the carrier, request the existing claim file, and schedule a property inspection. Status updates are provided through your preferred channel - phone, email, or SMS - on a regular basis.
The sooner you contact us, the sooner we can start working to pursue the full settlement you may be entitled to. Free consultation and No Recovery, No Fee.
